Payment method

Currently, we accept Visa and Mastercard credit card payment, we also accept Alipay. 

Order status

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an acknowledgement email quoting an estimated delivery date. You can also check your order delivery status using the tracking number provided.

Delivery

Delivery costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. You will be able to see the cost will appear at the checkout. The good news is that your chosen items will be delivered for free if the check out amount is over HK$500. Otherwise, you will be charged a flat rate of HK$40 (excluding alcohol or fragile items) and is ultimately subject to the size and weight of the packing.

For alcoholic or fragile items, HK$80 will be charged since special care will be required for handling during delivery 

Delivery Destinations

We offer delivery to all Hong Kong Metropolitan areas. We can deliver to residential areas and offices. However, for remote areas or outlying islands, extra charges will be required. Please contact us directly for details.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be carefully packaged into a protective bag with LagomPlace logo, to ensure it arrives to you in great condition


Special delivery request

In the event that you have more than one item ordered from different merchant suppliers, normally they will be delivered separately and the arrival date may be different as well. If you want them to be arrived at the shipping destination at once. Please do let us know once you have checked out, and we will arrange the delivery specially.

Can I exchange or return an item?

Ordered items may be returned or exchanged in the event that they arrive in defective conditions, we offer a full refund (excluding delivery costs) if you choose to refund. However, please inform us within 5 days after the orders have arrived. Remember to keep the invoice and all the packings. Please directly contact us before making any returns.
